Our brief was to find a dynamic Banking Code specialist with excellent communication skills to join the Compliance team of their Retail Banking Division.
Ogilvie Search conducted a research exercise of the market and advised on potential candidate suited to their expectations and work culture. Having identified our client's competitors and potential candidates through market maps and search methodologies a strategic exercise of headhunting and vetting candidates was actioned.
As part of the process all candidates, identified with skill sets and profiles in line with our clients criteria, were personally interviewed and vetted until a final short list was composed and presented to the client.
Following the presentation all three candidates were invited to attend an interview. The successful candidate started less than 2 months after the brief was received.
