If Ogilvie chooses to ignore any breach you make of these Terms and Conditions, Ogilvie will still be permitted to exercise its rights at a later date or in any situation where you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
HR GO plc shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
